Law & Order Blog
Left wing & human rights groups
accused of confusing & misleading the public over law & order issues
In response to the
claims (which are being referred to the United Nations) from the prisoners from
the Super Max prison in Goulburn in NSW, near Canberra that abuse from guards
is rife in the prison, I wish to defend and back the NSW Minister for
Corrective services claim, that the super max prison at Goulburn is humane,
safe and secure. For a few years the
public have became mislead and very confused about the issues concerning law
and order. They have been constantly
told that rehab is the best way to solve crime, but the truth is that rehab
does not always work. Can you imagine
giving rehab to a prisoner who was sentenced for spreading HIV with intent to a
victim who nearly died and now requires lifetime medical treatment? The truth is some people do not need rehab
and all they need is severe punishment and suffering for what they have done. I
accuse left wing and human rights groups of trying to force right wing justice
ministers to soften the hardline sentences that the majority of Australians do
favour. The truth is the majority of
Australians favour much tougher sentences that does act as a deterrent to all
crimes and they do not want that sort of rubbish of rehab or so called mental
Illness in a bid to reduce the sentences that the prisoners are expected to
serve.
Tougher laws targeting the worst of
worst, assault, abuse, vandals and hoons
Over the past week
from September 29 to October 5, 2007 at Casurinsa
shopping square and on buses in Darwin, not only did I see graffiti in the
centre, I have also seen people fighting, and abusing people offering
services. I wish to propose that tougher
laws be passed to stem the assault and abuse.
If I have my way, anybody accused of abusing people offering services
(both private and public) will face up to 150 years in prison, and if they
assault people offering services (both private and public) they face up to 500
years in prison. If anybody abuse prison
guards they get 150 years prison on top of their existing sentence(s) and if
they assault prison guards they get 500 years extra prison time on top of their
existing sentences. Anybody who murder
people offering services (both private and public) receives 10 life sentences
with no prospect of rehab or parole.
Also people fighting in public places get up to 150 years in prison as
well.
Also hoons will be
heavily targeted as well. I wish to
propose that not only their cars should be crushed but the hoons should be made
to watch the cars being crushed. Failure
to comply by not seeing their cars being crushed will result in a 25 year
prison sentence and on top of that a new repayment bill as well as additional
costs such as legal fees. I also wish to
multiple their current bill of paying off their cars by 10 times, for example
the hoons bought a $30,000 car, now they will have to pay back $300,000 for the
crushed car that they are trying to pay off.
If they appeal against the crush and failed in the appeal, they will
have to pay back double or even treble the new repayment amount and prison
sentence that they appealed against, meaning they will be hit with a hefty bill
and a harsher prison sentence. That bill
does NOT include legal costs and they will also be required to pay legal costs
and any costs that caused any accidents, and they cannot claim any insurance
for any crushed cars. The hoons also
will be required to pay off the revamp costs that made their cars a lot louder
in the 1st place.
People convicted of murder,
rape and offences against children should get 100 life terms without rehab or
parole, and put in a special zoo like section of the prison, where they will be
exhibits for people to see. Victims of
crime will be allowed to see the zoo like prison for free and see the exhibits
and all visitors including politicians will be able to do so at a small
charge. It’s designed to make a section
of prisons, tourist attractions promoting tourism, while shaming those
prisoners. It is actually like a zoo but
this time it is for humans where the worst of the worst prisoners are being
held as exhibits. Only the guards are
allowed to feed the exhibits. It will be
open to the public from 9 am to 5 pm daily.
Vandals who destroy public
and private properties will be put on public stockings where the public will be
allowed to throw rotten vegetables, fruit and eggs at the criminals tied to a
pole for 1 hour. If an appeal is lodged against that
sentence and fails, the criminal faces 2 or maybe 3 hours on the public
stocking. Also they will be required to
clean up the mess and pay 10 times the cost of the damage caused and legal
costs as well. Failure by the criminal
to repair the damage will result in a 50 year prison sentence.
Other criminals convicted of
other crimes will be made to wear bright colored
shirts and face 10 lashings of the whip in front of the public. Should they appeal and fail the appeal they
will be given 20 lashes of the whip in front of the public, and they will be
sentenced to 25 years of prison after they are whipped.
Visitors including the
victims of crime are invited to witness the public stocking and public whipping
free of charge.
Also on the legal
front, legal aid will be abolished, meaning that people (regardless of income)
requiring a lawyer for representation in court will have to pay the full costs
of the legal process themselves, even if they are sentenced to prison, they
still have to pay the full cost of legal fees.
World Wide Police Force and World
Wide Justice System needed to combat Terrorism
After
yet another horror story about Bali bombings I am calling for a world-wide
justice system to deal with terrorists, and a new world-wide police force to
deal with terrorists.
It
is increasingly very difficult to beat terrorism when there are too many
different laws and too many justice systems. The justice system is too
decentralised to deal with it. We need another additional worldwide
justice system and police force based in the United States to make the job of
combating terrorism a lot easier.
The
US President and the Australian Prime Minister cannot fight terrorism
alone. We need a world based justice system and police force to deal with
terrorism.
The
new proposed police force will be armed with bombing guns and machine guns
capable of stopping terrorists and detaining them in underground prison cells
where the terrorists will be detained indefinitely and made to pay for their
stays in pitch black underground prisons deprived of natural light and air.
I
am calling for prison spending to be slashed to help fund the fight against
terrorism meaning all prisoners are required to pay for their stays in prison
including those suspected of terror behaviour who are to be detained without
charge and trial.
I
believe the fight against terrorism is far more important than a person's
health and it is very important that the fight against terrorism be won before
we can focus on other things such as health.
The
war against terrorism can be won if we all put our minds on it, and we should
all be introducing a world-wide justice system and world-wide police force to
deal with terrorism.
If
we continue to delay plans for a world police force and a world justice system,
we will never win the war against terrorism, and the terrorists will win.
But if we are prepared to take hard decisions and invest as heavily as we could
in the war against terror we will win in the end.
Unless
a new world wide justice system and police force is started to combat terrorism
we are bound to continue to suffer through cuts to resources for the needy to
see the resources usually reserved to needy people to those who are hurt by the
mindless terrorist attacks.
Please extend the 14 days
detention period to indefinite period in wake of latest Bali blast
In
the wake of the latest bombing in Bali I call on the Federal Government to
extend the 14 day detention period without trial and charge to be extended to a indefinite period. The threat of terrorism on our
shores is too serious for the Federal Government not to extend the period of
detention without charge and trial to a indefinite
period.
Rest
assured the Federal Government is NOT after the majority of law abiding
citizens as the government is mainly after those people for displaying terror
like behaviour that could threaten security and life and intent to scare people
in potential terror like situations.
It
gives me no pleasure and no other option but to see suspects of terrorism spend
the term of their natural life in a underground prison cell 24 / 7 for the rest
of their life.
Police
powers will be boosted so police will be able to stop, search and detain
anybody suspected of terrorism without any warnings or warrants. They
have the power to detain anybody for life without seeking a trial. The
detainee automatically loses the right to legal representation and compensation
for their time spent in detention without a trial.
It
doesn't target a specific group of people, it is designed to target people of
all races suspected of terrorism through bad behavior,
and the law abiding citizens have nothing to fear regardless of race. Now
it is not about destroying human rights, it is about reducing chances of a
terrorist attack happening in Australia.
They
will have a steel deck to sleep on, a toilet and a basin and a security camera
fitted in the underground prison cell but it will have no lights so they will
have to get used to the dark and pitch black environment for the rest of their
natural life. No blankets or other items are supplied and they are banned
and unavailable in the underground “black hole” cell.
I
also take the unusual step to deny the suspects of terrorism mental health care
help even if he shows signs of mental illness in prison. But the suspects of terrorism will have
access to gyms, preventive health clinics and healthier diets in order to
prolong the lives of the suspects as well as prolonging the suffering and
punishment.
They
are not required to attend court, so they are detained indefinitely without any
legal representation and there is no trial. It is preventive detention to
stop or to lower the chance of terrorism ever happening in this country.
This
kind of punishment is far worse than the death penalty especially when the
prisoner is required to pay for his own stays in prison. Under the new
laws detainees are required to pay for their own stay in indefinite detention.
I
am happy to provide less than human basic prison surroundings for people who
crimes are very serious.
That
goes to show I am all for punishment, and no rehab for all prisoners, and I
believe that crime doesn’t pay under the tough new law and order package I am
proposing for serious criminals.
Radical Push to force prisoners
to pay rent & bills during their stay in prison
I am behind a radical push as
part of a radical overhaul to make prisoners contribute to the society more.
The reason behind the radical
push to make prisoners contribute more is I am of the view that it is not fair
for the prisoners to be exempt from having to pay rent, bills and so on just
because they are staying in prison.
During one of my experiences,
which I stayed at a boarding house where people with mental illness reside, the
tenants of that boarding house in inner west Sydney are required to pay rent to
stay in the boarding houses, and I am really pleased they have the courage to
be able to contribute to society despite their hardships and I am really
disappointed that prisoners are currently exempt from paying rent and other
bills while staying in prison.
I am calling for legalisation
to be passed in state and Federal Parliament that will force prisoners to pay
rent and other bills while they are staying in prison, and that they will have to
take part in chain gangs and undertake in huge projects and the private sector
will be responsible for paying prisoners' income, so that the prisoners will be
forced to pay rent and other bills while serving their time in prison.
If a prisoner fails to pay
rent he will be sent to a financial / tax advisor and he will be billed for the
failure to pay rent and other bills while in prison, and the offender will
expect to have his assets sold to his victims, or have his tax returns stripped
or have his wages or welfare benefits cut in half to help pay for the bill that
he owes for his stay in prison.
This is a strong signal that
I and the taxpayer are fed up with having to subside prisoners and having to
pay rent, bills and taxes, where as the prisoners are currently exempt from
having to do so. The taxpayers are paying bills, rent and taxes and the
services that they use are becoming substandard, falling apart or
non-existent. The prisoners are getting 1st class facilities in prisons
and are not expected to pay rent or other bills at present.
With the Hon. Prime Minister
John Howard and his Liberal Government now cracking down on welfare recipients
particularly those on parent payments and disability support pensioners I feel
it is a good time to now pressure the governments in forcing prisoners to pay
their share to society.
I don't think it is
unreasonable to ask or expect prisoners to pay rent and the bills where as
everyone even the people with mental illness do have to pay rent and bills.
Mental Illness a natural part of life in
prison
From time to time I read of stories about people complaining about mental illness that is rife in prisons.
Let me explain. I will give you an example. When a mother smacks on her child's bottom because the child have been naughty, the bottom tends to hurt for a while.
When a person is sent to prison, chances are very high that the person will develop mental illness. That is a normal and natural part of prison life, much like pain is a normal and natural part of a smack on the child's bottom.
I don't see why prisoners should seek treatment for the mental illness when it is really a natural and normal part of prison life. That goes to show the prisoners are suffering.
Punishment never comes without suffering.
Punishment -
slow, painful & everlasting
Despite strong opposition
from people on newsgroups, I have already flagged measures to redefine what
exactly punishment should be applied to criminals.
I have decided after taking
extensive studies in various places that it is far better to keep criminals
healthy and left intact and suffer solitary confinement for a long period of
time and being detained in prison at the same time. There shouldn't be
any route of escape and they should be made to serve 100 % of the sentences and
being made to pay for their own prison stays.
I argue that because the life
spans are getting longer, it is pointless having the death penalty and physical
confrontation because those things are too quick and doesn't benefit anyone.
The prisons should be able to
have the right to give a high dose of medication via anti-depressants (in
liquid form) to prisoners at risk of illness and so forth so that the prisoner
has less chance of becoming severely ill while serving his long sentence. Also super max prisons must be equipped with
gyms, preventive health clinics and healthy diets to keep prisoners healthy and
to prolong their lives as well as prolonging the sentence, punishment and
suffering in line with expectations that the population is ageing and living
longer.
As soon as they develop
everlasting human life medication, forcing prisoners to live forever I would
like to see that medication be given to prisoners so that the prisoners will be
able to live forever and suffer the same prison punishment as always in line
with my view that the punishment should be slow, painful and everlasting.
My position is it is far
better to let the law take its natural course and make the criminal suffer for
a long time. If I were you I wouldn't confront that criminal but I would
rather make him suffer the consequences over a broad long period of time and
for the remainder of his life by letting the law and the court detain that
criminal over a long period of time. Or I would make that criminal guess
and keep him guessing but leave him alone and keep him healthy and intact until
he is dealt with by the law.
In cases where prisoners are
depressed and are a threat to themselves, it may be necessary to put them in
solitary confinement and hand-cuff them while they stay in solitary confinement
in order to save lives. The prisoners
can be taken off hand-cuffs in solitary confinement and taken off solitary
confinement when they are no longer a threat to themselves.
Concurrent sentencing will be
abolished meaning a person who receives multiple sentences will have to
complete the first sentence before serving the next sentence, meaning that for
example, if a person commits at least 2 crimes punishable by 2 year prison
each, the person will be serving a total of 4 years in jail. Also time spent in custody during a trial
will no longer count toward the total prison sentence meaning that the 1st
day of the prison sentence will start when the judge announces the sentence at
the end of the trial rather than the sentence starting on the first day of
custody during a trial.
It is extremely important
that the criminal is kept healthy and left intact throughout the whole process
including the entire sentence in prison and making the criminal suffer over an
extremely long period of time.
My position on the fact the
criminals should have slow painful everlasting punishment is because their
victims also had to suffer their losses caused by the criminals and that the
criminals by default lose the right to seek compensation for the so called "slow,
painful and everlasting punishment" that is associated with the long
prison sentences.
I liked the Super Max prison
idea from America and it has appeal. I am of the strong view criminals
should be punished in a slow, painful and everlasting manner rather than a
quick physical way.
Tougher law and order regime
I am
calling for tougher law and order policies abolishing parole for all criminals
meaning they will have to serve 100 % of the time in prison.
Under
my reforms if I ever become justice minister, the whole justice system will
look like this:
·
Minimum
and Medium security classification will be abolished and there will be only one
classification, Super Maximum security to be applied to all prisoners to clamp
down on escaping from prisons.
·
Making
sections of prisons, zoo like to house exhibits (where the worst of the worst
prisoners are being held) who are convicted of murder, rape and offences
against children. The zoo like section
of prisons will benefit tourism allowing tourists including crime of victims to
visit the section for a small or no charge.
It will be open from 9 am to 5 pm daily.
·
All
prisoners will have to stay in prison cells for 23 hours a day and they will
have one hour of gym work as instructed by a prison warden. This routine
will apply for the entire prison sentence except for the time spent on chain
gangs.
·
Capital
punishment to be abolished but reforms to keep prisoners healthy as possible
under the basic health care given by prison staff in terms of gym, preventive
health clinics and healthier diets, and being made to suffer the punishment for
the rest of their lives, and violence banned toward the prisoners except that
the prison staff have the right to whip any prisoners who breach prison
rules. The reason why we are keeping prisoners alive longer in prisons is
in line with the longer life spans that the earth population is sporting, and
to ensure that the criminals do suffer badly instead of the victims.
·
Mental
health issues no longer to be used as an excuse to escape prison sentences for
any more court cases meaning the accused can't plead insane and the plea of
insanity will be abolished meaning the criminal found guilty and convicted of a
crime cannot escape jail even if he is mental ill. This new rules enables
that the mental ill criminal is sent to prison instead of hospital, freeing up
hospital beds for needy cases. The mental health court to be abolished in
this shakeup.
·
The
courts to lose the right to order the criminal to undergo a psychiatric
assessment, instead sending that criminal with a mental illness to the normal
legal and prison process just like anybody else who is mentally healthy.
This move fast tracks the court and prison process meaning everybody will seek
justice faster.
·
Judges
and lawyers will be banned from criticising the new laws and the process
associated with the new laws and the judges and lawyers will be banned from
making comments to the media about the new laws.
·
Prisoners
will be forced to take part in chain gangs as part of their sentences meaning they
will take part in construction projects such as building roads, dams, schools
and hospitals. This is a new form of Work for Welfare and a new form of
slave labour. Prisoners are required to wear chains on the hands and foot
throughout the time spent on chain gangs.
·
Prisoners
to lose the right to vote, to lose access to the community and its services
such as hospitals and doctors (except the junior doctors provided by the
prison), and they will lose access to rehab programs. I am strongly of the
view that prisons mean punishment, not rehab. All prisons to have
underground section of solitary confinement meaning the prisoners who breach
all or any of the prison rules or are guilty of bad behaviour while in prison
will be automatically sent to a underground windowless
cell. They can detain dangerous prisoners there indefinitely. These
prisoners lose all rights such as having visitors and making telephone calls.
·
Mobile
phones, radios, cameras, newspapers, television and internet access banned in
all prisons meaning the prisoners lose the right to know what is going on in
the world. Visitors are banned from taking those items and giving to
prisoners. TAFE and university courses scrapped as part of the shakeup to
make prisons all punishment and no rehab.
·
Dope
and drugs such as cocaine to remain as illegal drugs given my hardline stance
in opposing legalising the currently illegal drugs. Smoking and drinking
alcohol banned in prisons, and visitors are not allowed to give any prisoners
any smokes, alcohol or drugs of any kind while prisoners are serving time in
prisons.
·
Any
visitors found to be breaching prison rules will automatically make them liable
for court action and be sentenced up to 25 years in prison.
·
The
responsibility of health of prisoners to be shifted from the health department
to the corrective department as part of the shakeup banning prisoners from
attending private and public hospitals. Jail hospitals to be closed down
and gyms & preventive health clinics opened as replacements. Nurses are to be sacked and the prison staff
and junior doctors to assume responsibility of giving prisoners basic health
care and they must force prisoners to attend gym and preventive health clinics
and make prisoners eat healthy diets against their will in a bid to prolong the
prison sentences and their lives, punishment and sufferings.
·
Prisoners
who are a threat to themselves must be hand-cuffed and sent to solitary
confinement & remain hand-cuffed.
They are to remain in solitary confinement and remain hand-cuffed until
they are deemed as no longer a threat to themselves.
·
Prisoners
to be forced to pay rent to stay during the time during prisons to be taken out
of their pensions from a privatised state welfare agency. This measure
saves taxpayers a lot of money meaning the taxpayer does not have to pay all
the prisoners costs.
·
I
support the Federal government's decision to detain children and women in
immigration centres, and plan to introduce similar laws giving the courts the
right to detain children and women accused and convicted of crimes in men's
prisons. However the women and children will be put in a separate section
away from the men, but still be housed in the men prisons.
·
I
also call for the reintroduction of mandatory sentencing and truth in
sentencing. 3 strikes and you are
in. Anybody who breaks the law (no
matter how serious or trivial the offence is) three times will be liable for a
mandatory life sentence in prison without parole or rehab.
·
Concurrent
sentencing to be abolished meaning the prisoner will have to serve the 1st
sentence before serving other sentences thereafter when receiving multiple
sentences.
·
Time
spent in custody during a trial no longer counts toward a prison sentence
meaning the 1st day of the sentence is the day when a judge
announces the sentence at the end of the trial.
·
The
prison staff to be given the right to at least double the original prison
sentence for a prisoner who have been badly behaved and breach the prison
rules.
·
The
victim to have the right to seize the prisoner's assets. Also the victim
has the right to seek an appeal if he is not satisfied with the original court
decision.
·
Drug
and alcohol no longer as an excuse in committing a crime meaning that the
criminal loses in his bid to see the penalty reduced. It also means that
any excuses will be dismissed during the time of court and sentencing
decisions.
·
Anybody
abusing people offering services face up to 150 years prison and anybody who
assault people offering services face up to 500 years prison. Anybody who murder people who offer services
face 10 life sentences without rehab and parole.
·
Any
prisoners abusing prison guards get 150 years extra prison time on top of their
sentence and assaulting a prison guard gives the prisoner 500 more years of
prison time on top of their sentence.
·
Anybody
fighting in public faces up to 150 years in prison.
·
The
police reserve the right to detain anyone (including women and children)
indefinitely without charge until the accused answers questions when
interviewed.
·
A
new military court and a new prison similar to Camp X-Ray to be built designed
for terrorists. Anybody suspected of terrorism can be detained without
charge indefinitely. It will be a private owned prison and not owned by
the government.
·
Lobby
groups to lose the right to appeal to the High court or lobbying to future
Federal governments questioning my tough new laws or calling for the laws to be
scrapped should I ever be Justice Minister designed to stamp out crime.
·
Any
appeals lost by prisoners automatically doubles (or even treble at least for
more serious cases) the length of the original length of the sentence that the
prisoners are expected to serve.
·
The
prisoner automatically loses the right to sue the government and the corrective
department over the treatment given to them while they serve time in prison.
·
I
wish to pass a condition that the United Nations, lobby groups and future
federal governments be banned from questioning or daring to override the laws
being proposed here.
·
Anyone
wishing to buy state owned prisons can apply for the tender of Government sale
of the prisons, and I am happy to sell that particular prison if anybody is
interested to buy it. The owner has the right to set prison fees for all
prisoners of private prisons but will have to abide by the same rules as set
down in government prisons.
·
Anybody
who is convicted of a crime will no longer be eligible to get employment, job
training or be able to travel overseas or interstate. Anybody who attempts
to look for work or dare to breach the rules associated with the conviction
while convicted of a crime is liable for up to 150 years in prison.
·
Anybody
convicted of a sex crime are also banned from entering sex shops, shopping
centres and places where children exists. Any breach of the conditions
carries at least a 150 year prison sentence to a life sentence in prison
without parole and rehab.
·
Curfews
for youths under 16 to be implemented between 8 pm and 8 am forcing children to
go home during the time in night hours.
·
School
students caught for destroying property at schools including burning school
classes will be forced to repair the school building and property on after
school hours, weekends and school holidays at own cost. Failure to do so
will result in a prison sentence of up to 50 years.
·
Criminals
found to destroy government and private property will be forced to repair the
property at own cost and put on public stockings. Failure to repair the
damage will result in a prison sentence of up to 50 years.
·
Other
criminals convicted of other crimes to face the whip in front of the public and
be made to wear bright colored shirts, and after the
whipping is complete they are to serve 25 years in prison.
·
Visitors
including victims of crime are invited to the public stockings and public
whippings free of charge.
·
The
minister reserves the right to increase prison sentences for all crimes in line
with the longer life spans that the population is sporting on earth.
These
new measures are designed to stamp out crime and to make this state the leader
in a zero tolerance approach toward crime.
Tough on
Crime - All Punishment and No Rehab
After witnessing crime rises
across Australia, I am calling for American style Super Max prisons to be built
across the country, with all other security levels to be upgraded to Super Max
level.
I strongly argue that if we
maintain the minimum and medium security and continue with rehab programs in
prisons we are only encouraging terrorists to come and smash the country, and
we have no option but to get a lot tougher with all criminals who are serving
time in prisons. I also argue that there should be only one security
classification, and that is Super Max.
I am calling for tenders
that, 100 large sized super max prisons with underground sections in all of the
new windowless cell prisons to be built across the country. These prisons
will be privately run and not owned by state or federal governments, and I am
calling for the abolishing of rehab programs for all prisoners because rehab
does send the prisoner a message that it is okay to commit a crime at the
expense of the victims.
I used to think that capital
punishment would be a deterrent, but I don't believe so nowadays. I fear
that some people may use the death penalty as an escape route of life, and I
want the escape route closed. I feel that the worst type of criminals
should be kept healthy and kept alive for as long as possible while being
detained at the same time and being forced to pay for their own prison stays.
I feel that the governments are making the correct decision to abolish the
death penalty because then life in prison without parole is a much more
inhumane punishment especially as the prisoner is kept alive for such a long
period of time. So I accept the politicians' reasons for axing the death
penalty because imposing the death penalty is sending the wrong message to
everybody. Life imprisonment without parole is much more inhumane that
what you think it is.
All prisoners in super max
prisons are required to stay in windowless cells for 23 hours with a dimmed
light that flashes with a blue light each hour, and the remaining hour will be
spent seeing the prisoners doing gym work being supervised by a senior uncaring
prison warden making the prisoners exercise against their own wishes to make
them lead healthier lives so that their lives, suffering and punishment can be
prolonged with the sentence. I want that to be a daily routine.
The only medication available
in prison should be the anti-depressants (in liquid form) keeping all prisoners
alive forever and leaving them intact and keeping them healthy. Because
the medical staff are not employed in prisons, the
doctors (except junior doctors who work at the prisons) and nurses are banned
from working in prisons. So the wardens are given the green light to
prescribe the medication to the prisoners as much as they like. In the
event of a prisoner suffering depression or any illness the warden has the
right to give the prisoner a higher dose of the medication, and keeping the
prisoners in the cells through a normal routine as always.
The daily diet for prisoners
should contain healthy diets suitable for prisoners and water each meal time
and the rooms should be 2 metre cubes meaning the prisoners will have no choice
but to sleep on the hard floor because the cells would only have a basin, a
shower and toilet and that is it.
Truth in sentencing must also
be made law as soon as possible with the abolishing and outlawing of parole,
meaning all prisoners will have to serve 100% of their sentences behind bars in
jail. And the prisoners will have to pay for their own stay in prison as
well, in a radical crackdown that the taxpayers are not willing to pay for
their crimes or their stay in prisons.
The reason why I want
concurrent sentencing abolished when a prisoner receives multiple sentencing is
because once a person have served a concurrent sentence, chances are the person
might reoffend time again and again. The
same reason applies for the decision not to count time served in custody during
a trial toward the total prison sentence meaning the 1st day of the
sentence in prison is the day when the judge announces the sentence at the end
of the trial.
The prisoners will lose
access to TVs, newspapers, books, nurses, medical supplies, medical treatments
of all kinds including mental health treatments, doctors (except junior doctors
provided by the prison), internet, mobile phones, and even visitors as part of
a massive shakeup that their terrorist activities and all other types of crime
will not be tolerated in this country as part of the radical crackdown that
crime does not pay in this country.
William Walker
